Owner/Marketing Director - April graduated from the University of Miami and is a proud member of the Miami Hurricanes alumni. She began her career with Comcast Cable in Fort Lauderdale until moving to New York City. April then utilized her Sales and Marketing skills with National Cable Communications (NCC), providing custom advertising campaigns for all the major cable television providers. When she returned to Florida in 2005, April accepted a position with Comcast Cable in West Palm Beach. Her responsibilities included all election-related sales and coordination with both national and regional advertising agencies across the country. April and our Port St. Lucie/ Fort Pierce team are prepared to help our South Florida customers recover from water, fire and storm damage 24/7/365.

General Manager - Meet Tim Jones, our accomplished General Manager at SERVPRO of Port St. Lucie. Tim's journey with SERVPRO® began six years ago when he made a life-changing decision to learn a new trade. Starting as a Field Technician, Tim's dedication and rapid growth within the company are truly remarkable. 

His ascent through the ranks is a testament to his commitment and leadership skills. Tim progressed from a Field Technician to a Crew Chief and then to the role of Production Manager. Today, he holds the position of General Manager in Port St. Lucie, where he oversees 2 thriving franchises in the area. 

Tim's previous background in restaurant management has endowed him with essential leadership qualities and a strong focus on customer service excellence. His ability to serve people and provide the highest level of customer care has greatly contributed to making the customer experience at SERVPRO exceptional. 

Tim finds deep satisfaction in providing restoration services to those who have endured disasters, such as hurricanes, and helping bring their properties back to pre-loss conditions. His journey with SERVPRO has been marked by continuous learning, endless opportunities, and a profound sense of fulfillment in assisting those in need.
