St. Lucie West Water Leak
The leak in the ceiling of this Elder Care facility in St. Lucie West was caused by a split PEX line in the attic. The water seeped through the ceiling panels and began to wet the community room. Our SERVPRO crew responded quickly to remove the stacked chairs and other furnishings to mitigate the water damage. The AFTER PHOTO depicts the efforts to isolate the affected area from the rest of the facility. The drying is continuing and will be monitored until standard levels have been restored. Our skilled ASD applied structural drying techs can remove non-salvageable building materials and utilize advanced equipment and techniques to minimize the disruption to the clients of this facility.
